Role Overview The candidate will interview patients upon entry to assess their eligibility for funding programs, explain options, and ensure proper screening for assistance. Responsibilities Determine financial eligibility for government, public, or patient assistance programs.Advise patients on funding options and assist with required documentation.Coordinate with insurance providers, third-party payors, and government agencies.Resolve financial issues related to multiple stakeholders, maintaining accuracy and compliance.Educate patients about payment policies and available assistance programs.Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and external entities.
