Financial Controller m/ž

Responsibilities

• Management and controlling of TGA (Technical Building Equipment) contracts
• Preparation of documentation for monthly accounting and managerial closings
• Creation of financial plans, including annual and long-term forecasts
• Analytical support for management, including preparation of economic reports and documentation based on specific owner requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma in economics (university degree in the field is a significant advantage)
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on construction or TGA
• Excellent analytical thinking, precision in working with data, and ability to see the real business behind the numbers
• English at a minimum B2 level; German is an advantage
