Job Details

• Overseeing all company accounting practices, including preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.
• Directing financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with President, COO and CFO on strategic financial planning.
• Supervising investment and cash management strategies.
• Analyzing and interpreting financial data and recommending changes to improve systems and financial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by researching existing and new legislation, consulting with outside advisors, and filing financial reports.
• Coinciding with external auditors and managing internal controls.
• Overseeing M&A activities and providing financial due diligence.
• Participating in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.
• Managing relationships with investors and investment institutions.
• Identifying and managing business risks and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position.
• MBA or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing and distribution industry.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of M&A, PE, and corporate finance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a high-performing finance team.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local financial regulations, and ability to stay up-to-date with changes.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Salary

$160,000 - $190,000 per year
