Responsibilities

• Supervises payroll processing activities for assigned client engagements.
• Reviews payroll data and deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinates with clients on payroll requirements, changes, and inquiries.
• Ensures compliance with payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Trains and guides junior team members on payroll procedures.
• Supports client onboarding and payroll system implementations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-6 years of payroll services experience.
• FPC certification preferred.

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel to client or the organization locations may be required based on business and engagement needs.
• Work may include periods of increased hours during peak business cycles.

Pay

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $139,700. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
