About the role

Join a team that invests in you with key product and service offerings, sophisticated technology, and a premier investment platform. Build long-term, dedicated relationships with customers by bringing them peace of mind as you guide them through wealth management and retirement planning strategies.

You will nurture relationships with an existing client base, providing appropriate investment solutions and helping expand the acquisition of new customers. Backed by Fidelity’s open architecture, you’ll deliver comprehensive investment guidance and sustain long-lasting relationships while engaging face-to-face with clients in the Investor Center.

Responsibilities

  • Provide mentorship and personalized financial planning to clients, helping them reach their retirement goals.
  • Simplify complex financial concepts and build rapport with highly valued clientele.
  • Introduce clients to different investment strategies and consolidate additional client assets through positive, client-centered discussions.
  • Collaborate with multiple business partners to craft an unsurpassed customer experience and meet clients’ broad investment needs.
  • Educate customers on available technology and channels to better monitor, maintain, and handle their investments.
  • Deepening client relationships through complex financial planning rather than cold calls or sourcing new clients.

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 required prior to hire.
  • Series 65 and/or 66 and state registrations required within 3 months of hire.
  • Experience with High Net Worth clients.
  • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) preferred; if not already obtained, Fidelity’s Tuition Reimbursement program can assist with classes.

Schedule

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This role is not fully remote.
