Support clients in aligning their actions with their financial goals through confident, value-driven positioning of Vanguard products and services.
Manage and advance a diverse book of current clients, and prospects, who have not yet committed.

Position Vanguard thoughtfully to earn trust, consolidate assets, and strengthen long-term relationships.
Serve as a liaison between clients, advisors, and service teams to ensure each experience is smooth, supported, and aligned with our standards.
Delivers Personalized Value & Drive Growth
Conduct advanced financial needs analyses to match client goals with the right Vanguard solutions.
Use your market and product expertise to help clients evaluate investment options and understand both the advantages and considerations behind them.
Follow through to ensure recommendations are received, understood, and acted upon.
Convert sales leads generated internally by initiating conversations that help prospects consider Vanguard as their long-term partner.
Conduct high‑touch outreach, including inbound, and outbound calls, that are tailored to the client’s readiness and specific needs.
Identify obstacles preventing consolidation, address concerns, and guide clients toward clear next steps.
Lead With Purpose & Influence
Lead with purpose by coaching peers, contributing to best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment within the department.
Share insights, elevate sales skills, and model continuous improvement.
