About the role

Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with clients, providing mentorship and personalized planning, while helping expand the reach of the firm's brand.

• Recommend and present complex investment solutions

Requirements

• Proven success in building relationships and uncovering needs
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
• Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base
• Thoughtful introduction of clients to different investment strategies
• Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Motivated by results and finding solutions, taking initiative and exceeding customer expectations

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of investment solutions
• Professional certifications such as CFP or equivalent experience are helpful
• Education or equivalent experience is helpful

We offer training in-branch, regionally, nationally, and virtually to help you with all aspects of your business. The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Schedule

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
