Financial Consultant-New York
About the role
The role plays a critical part in our debt settlement firm by handling warm inbound leads and qualifying potential clients who are struggling with debt. You will conduct in-depth discovery calls to build professional rapport, uncover the reasons behind their debt buildup, identify key pain points, verify income, and understand their goals for becoming debt‑free. Your primary focus is high‑quality qualification: subtly demonstrating the need for a debt relief program while gathering all necessary financial details to create a comprehensive, well‑organized analysis and hand‑off summary. This sets up our senior sales representatives for successful pitch calls and closes.
