About the role
The Financial Solutions Branch (FSB) is part of the Specialized Teams for Advice & Relationship (STAR) organization in the Investor Services Branch Network. FSB provides a high-scale dedicated relationship model responsible for serving Mass Affluent investors. FSB is an extension of the Branch Network and serves our new and existing Mass Affluent clients to deepen engagement, build trust, and provide investment solutions and tools for today’s markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive engagement, cultivate relationships, and improve overall client satisfaction for Schwab’s Mass Affluent client base.
- Advocate on behalf of clients by listening and discovering what is most important to them, understanding who they are, and collaborating with a team of internal specialists to help clients fulfill their financial goals.
- Provide wealth management recommendations, advisory guidance, and discuss timely and relevant topics to drive meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Grow and retain your practice by responding to client needs, supporting asset consolidation, and partnering alongside clients throughout their financial journey.
- Engage in client outreach, planning and advice discussions, virtual client presentations, discussions of market trends, collaborating with business partners, and using digital enhancements to the Schwab platform to drive client engagement.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 license
- Series 66 (63/65) license
- Life & Health Insurance license (may be obtained under a 120 day condition of employment)
- Minimum of 5 years of financial experience
- Entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality
- Polished and persuasive interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Able to quickly learn new technology and use a variety of data and systems
- Open to ongoing coaching and development to achieve positive client outcomes and career aspirations
- Strong time management skills and productivity; ability to successfully balance competing priorities

- Extensive Schwab network to best address client concerns
