Financial Consultant - Financial Solutions Branch

About the role

The Financial Solutions Branch (FSB) is a segment of the Wealth & Centralized Solutions (WCS) organization within Retail Experience & Specialized Relationships of Investor Services. FSB engages Mass Affluent clients ($500K-$1M) through dedicated relationships, providing a full wealth management experience and introducing clients to additional Schwab services as their needs evolve. FSB partners closely with local and national branches to enhance client engagement and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Drive client engagement and retention through client outreach and discussions of market trends.
• Collaborate with a team of internal specialists to provide wealth management recommendations and advisory guidance.
• Position yourself as a key resource in helping clients achieve financial success by positioning them to find financial success.
• Respond to client needs, support asset consolidation, and continue to partner with clients throughout their financial journey.
• Engage in discussions of market conditions, sound investing principles, and ideal wealth and long-term investment strategies for clients' personal situations.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 license
• Series 66 (63/65) license
• Life & Health Insurance license

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of financial experience
• Entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality
• Polished and persuasive interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Able to quickly learn new technology and use a variety of data and systems
• Open to ongoing coaching and development to achieve positive client outcomes and career aspirations
• Strong time management skills and productivity
• Extensive Schwab network to best address client concerns
