About the Role

Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with customers, offering guidance and personalized planning while helping extend the firm's brand. We support you with an open-architecture product platform and top resources in the financial industry as you nurture relationships with an existing client base.

Requirements

  • Previous success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
  • Keen ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
  • Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful; if you do not already have a CFP or degree, our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you obtain one
  • Extensive knowledge of investment solutions

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package; the offer may also include bonus or other variable compensation depending on position and eligibility.

Schedule

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
