About the role

The Gross Margin and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Financial Consultant leads margin analytics and IBP processes within the Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Operating Unit. This role involves analyzing margin drivers such as cost, pricing, and manufacturing performance, developing executive-ready insights, and guiding strategic decisions to enhance profitability and forecast accuracy.

You will partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D to support margin improvement initiatives and product lifecycle management. The role also includes leading IBP financial processes, translating product and region performance into actionable forecasts, and ensuring data accuracy across planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 10+ years of finance or related experience.
• Advanced degrees or certifications preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and Anaplan.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
