Financial Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a financial professional to provide outstanding customer service to clients in our Investments Division. As a Financial Consultant, you’ll work with clients to determine and recommend appropriate investment strategies and products to meet their goals, leveraging your deep knowledge of financial markets and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Sell brokerage and advisory services to clients.
• Engage face-to-face with clients daily to explain and sell a broad range of investment products.
• Open and maintain client accounts for both new and existing clients.
• Process customer requests and initiate and confirm client orders.
• Collaborate with fellow advisors, sales assistants, and management within the Investments team.
• Work across business lines with banking and wealth advisory teams to address all of the client’s financial needs.

Requirements

• FINRA registrations (Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 securities licenses).
• Life and health insurance license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Work with speed and accuracy.
• Quick grasp of technical information.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

This position may cover the greater Columbus, OH area and will be based at: 430 North Hamilton Road, Whitehall, Ohio, 43213.
