Working in our Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with your clients, providing mentorship and personalized planning, while helping expand the reach of the firm's brand. • Build relationships, uncover needs, and recommend solutions
• Present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
• Thoughtfully introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with a passion for seeing others thrive

Requirements

• Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
• Coachable, collaborative, and curious attributes
• Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Motivated by results and finding solutions; takes initiative and exceeds customer expectations
• Extensive knowledge of investment solutions

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications are helpful
• If you do not already have a CFP or degree, Fidelity’s Tuition Reimbursement program can help you acquire one

Work Model

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
