Pay

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any repeated content: we have covered. Make sure not to include any boilerplate like "MaineHealth is committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment..." That's part of Additional Information but we could incorporate into Benefits or maybe a separate section About the company? Not required. The instruction says we can include sections only when posting has real specific content. That statement is about culture/benefits; we could include it in Benefits or maybe a separate "About MaineHealth" but not required. Since we already have Benefits covering those items, we could incorporate that sentence into Benefits as a prosemaybe. But we already have a list; we could add a
before list: "MaineHealth is committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where care team members can thrive while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve across Maine and New Hampshire." That is substantive. Let's add that as a
under Benefits section before the list. Similarly, the Additional Information also includes "We recognize the value each team member brings to our organization." Could add. Thus Benefits section:
Benefits
MaineHealth is committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where care team members can thrive while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve across Maine and New Hampshire. We recognize the value each team member brings to our organization.

Pay
The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $20.68 to $25.10 per hour. Compensation for part‑time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full‑time equivalent (FTE). In addition to base pay, MaineHealth offers comprehensive benefits, recognition programs, career growth opportunities, and, where applicable, shift differentials or other incentives.
But note that the last sentence about benefits etc duplicates Benefits section. Might be redundant but it's part of the posting. We could keep it; it's not boilerplate. It's part of compensation description. It's okay. Now check for any other sections: Qualifications maybe not needed if we have Requirements and Skills. But we could combine Education/Experience into Qualifications. However we already have Requirements. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. That's six sections. Could we merge Requirements and Skills into Qualifications? But we need to follow headings list: they gave examples: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to include. We could have Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (maybe certifications/license) but we have none. Better to keep Requirements and Skills separate as they are distinct. We must not include empty sections. Now ensure we didn't include any mention of Job ID, requisition numbers, scam alert, surveillance notice, contact email, application instructions. We removed those. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML:About the role

Check for any leftover boilerplate: The sentence about "Any offer of employment will depend on qualifications such as skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other job-related factors." We omitted. That's okay; it's somewhat generic but could be considered boilerplate. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. That sentence is not exactly boilerplate but it's a generic statement about offer depending on
