About the role

The Financial Center Manager III plays a crucial role in driving performance, growth, and client relationships at First Financial Bank. Reporting to the District Leader and Retail Regional President, this position oversees a team committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and fostering long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead a team focused on providing clients with exceptional service and financial solutions.
• Ensure achievement of banking center and team performance goals, including service levels and sales targets.
• Manage and coach a team to meet or exceed performance goals, ensuring alignment with First Financial Bank's Mission and Values.
• Engage in coaching and recognition, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Actively manage the onboarding of new clients, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key partners across various departments to enhance client services and drive growth.
• Integrate into the community, participating in local events and fostering relationships with community leaders.
• Lead the daily operations of the banking center, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Support the recruitment and development of new associates, promoting a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• Collaborate with the District Leader and Retail Regional President on retail-wide initiatives and communication.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 4-5 years of prior success in sales leadership and execution.
• 4-5 years of personal experience in sales and service, achieving sales and service goals.
• 4-5 years of demonstrated success in achieving performance goals.
• Working knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in banking or a related field.
