Financial Center Manager Associate - Orlando, FL (Central to Southern Areas)

About the role

The Financial Center Manager (FCM) role at Fifth Third Bank offers a comprehensive onboarding and education program, including rotations in various departments like Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management. Upon successful completion of the training program, the FCM role is placed in a Financial Center.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete the FCMA roadmap and all onboarding activities as intended, including passing a Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen consumer and small business customer relationships by providing a memorable customer experience.
• Gain knowledge and maintain a working knowledge of Fifth Third’s products, services, processes, and internal resources.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy, ensuring all customers have a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) and are assigned to the best banker for ongoing support.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture that collaborates with business partners and actively serves the communities we serve.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies and procedures, demonstrating ethical behavior.
• Participate in community activities that benefit the local area.
• Provide timely, candid, and constructive feedback to employees, assist in their development, and recognize and reward their accomplishments.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to make sound decisions.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Pay

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education, and geographic location.

Schedule

This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment. The NMLS web site provides the MU4R questions and registration.
