About the role
This role is responsible for managing a financial center (FC) in collaboration with senior team members, ensuring operational excellence and cohesive functioning. Key responsibilities include overseeing the teller line, adhering to policies and procedures, and improving financial center performance. The role involves implementing directives and assuming leadership responsibilities in the absence of teammates.
Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance. All designated roles require 5% travel. Bilingual Spanish is required.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions
- Experience in mortgage, retail, and/or hospitality
