About the Role
The Financial Assistant I performs advanced clerical, accounting, and customer service tasks under general supervision within the TEES Fiscal Office.
Responsibilities
- Assign commodity codes in AggieBuy (payable/purchasing system).
- Audit employee reimbursement documents in AggieBuy.
- Create PO and non-PO invoices in AggieBuy from the TEES AP Invoice email box.
- Audit Oversight (credit card risk system) documents.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of related experience.
