Financial Analyst – Workday Adaptive Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes within Workday Adaptive
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and business decisions
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze performance and provide actionable insights
• Support monthly close, variance analysis, and executive reporting packages
• Drive enhancements, system improvements, and data accuracy within Adaptive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Adaptive Planning (required)
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
