Responsibilities
- Experience with providing support in areas of budget, reporting, billing, and financial management for IT initiatives
- Performing financial and business analyses; compiling, analyzing, and recording financial information
- Developing, performing, and managing all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for IT projects/initiatives
- Developing and maintaining financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast, and budget
- Communicating financial information and strategic issues in a clear manner; producing high-quality presentations that communicate a clear message to senior management
- Researching and evaluating strategic business opportunities
Requirements
- Education/Certifications:
- Entry-Level/Developmental: High School Diploma + 6 years of experience, Associates Degree + 4 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 2 years of experience, Masters Degree + 0 years of experience
- Full Performance/Journeyman: High School Diploma + 8 years of experience, Associates Degree + 6 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 4 years of experience, Masters Degree + 2 years of experience
- Senior: High School Diploma + 10 years of experience, Associates Degree + 8 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 6 years of experience, Masters Degree + 4 years of experience, PhD + 2 years of experience
- Expert/Master: High School Diploma + 12 years of experience, Associates Degree + 10 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 8 years of experience, Masters Degree + 6 years of experience, PhD + 4 years of experience
Qualifications

Pay
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $53,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
