Financial Analyst (TM1 - Max $45/hr W2)

About the role

We're seeking someone to join our Segment Reporting & Analytics Team in Investment Management Finance (IM Finance) to be involved in reporting the IM Segment results during the quarterly due diligence process and the multi-year forecast processes.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly revenue, expense and balance sheet reporting for the IM Segment
• Support FP&A deliverables related to quarterly external disclosures (10K/Q/14Q), partnering closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure integrity, consistency, and risk awareness.
• Compile sensitivity analysis and scenario framing to inform senior management and risk discussions.
• Compile weekly summary of projected IM results, including net flows, AUM and P&L.
• Support quarterly expense reporting, including detailed analysis of drivers for teams with the IM Segment.
• Support efforts to enhance forecasting, reporting, and control processes, improving efficiency, transparency, and analytical rigor.

Requirements

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Desired 5+ years of work experience.
Desired technical skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI) and financial software applications, such as TM1.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to deal with colleagues/clients of all levels
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Committed and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate initiative and problem solving abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to and manage deadlines.

Qualifications

Local candidates to NY / NJ - Only at this time !! / IM Finance and TM1 exp required !!
