Financial Analyst, Senior

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to create a financial management strategy that guides executive-level decisions. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders across the organization to develop actionable plans for securing and efficiently using funding, ensuring compliance with government budget and finance regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects supporting national security while sharing your financial analysis expertise with the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop a financial management strategy to guide executive decision-making.
• Work with senior leaders to create actionable plans for securing funding aligned with organizational goals.
• Apply knowledge of government budget and finance rules to develop well-formed requirements.
• Ensure efficient use of funding through consistent tracking and communication with the Senior Resource Manager.
• Navigate requirements, policies, and regulations governing funding allocation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with financial and business programs supporting the U.S. Intelligence Community.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Windows.
• Knowledge of financial and contract systems for administration and reporting, including ALM, BASIS, and COGNOS.
• Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Knowledge of governance and compliance associated with Contracts and Facilities programming and reporting.
• Knowledge of benchmarking or metrics, strategic business planning, change management, data modeling or analytics, creative problem-solving, decision briefing, and risk management.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements.

Schedule

This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:

• Remote: Primarily virtual, with occasional in-person work at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
• Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential visits to customer facilities as needed.
• Onsite: Work primarily performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, with direct collaboration required.

Employees working virtually are generally expected to have their cameras on during meetings to support engagement and effective communication.
