About the role

Support the Operations team with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. Partner directly with Operations leaders to manage departmental expenses and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with periodic budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Build financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support decision-making.
• Support month-end financial close activities, including:
  • Variance analysis
  • Journal entries
  • Ad hoc financial reports
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business and operational decisions.
• Work with financial systems to maintain accurate and timely financial information.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience, preferably in FP&A.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Experience with month-end financial close activities.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with standard costing is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
