Working Conditions
This position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions and on a computer for extended periods. May be asked to travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to report to work responsive and free from sedatives. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair the ability to perform essential job functions.
