About the role
The Network Development team drives Lithia & Driveway's growth strategy through acquisitions, divestitures, and market expansion. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating transactions, building financial models, and delivering insights that help shape strategic decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and analyze financial models (DCF, IRR, ROI) to support acquisition and divestiture decisions
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations based on financial and market analysis
- Support financial and operational due diligence, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Conduct market, brand, and demographic research to inform growth strategy and market planning
- Absorb and reconcile acquisition data, including financial statements and trial balances
- Contribute to capital projects, add-point analysis, and other corporate development initiatives
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership
- Curiosity and drive to quickly understand LAD’s business model and acquisition strategy

Pay
$60,000–$85,000, with a typical starting range of $60,000–$75,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
