Job Description
You will be the Financial Analyst for the E&T Finance team. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist with contract Earned Value Management (EVM) set-up and management, cost control, proposal preparation, and New Business Acquisition Expenditures (NBAE) management.
- Manage New Business Acquisition Expenditures (NBAE) and critical staffing for Engineering & Technology.
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and workforce-planning support.
- Integrate data from multiple financial systems to provide actionable business-solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, to drive business outcomes and achieve program goals.

Desired Skills
- Experience in budgeting, Earned Value Management (EVMS), estimating, workforce planning, development and production contracts preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
