Financial Analyst (Level 2)
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Finance-related field or similar.
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to create pivot tables, graphs, and macros.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Job Description
You will be the Financial Analyst (Level 2) for the Program Quality for Precision Fires team. Our team is responsible for supporting program quality through financial analysis, cost baseline management, Earned Value, headcount, and variance analysis.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Establish and manage cost baselines and Estimates at Completion (EAC) for program budgets.
- Perform Earned Value analysis and produce variance reports.
- Conduct headcount analyses to support resource planning.
- Analyze financial variance and recommend corrective actions.
- Communicate financial results and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams.

- This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills
- Working knowledge of LMMFC financial software including COBRA, EFS-Lite, SAP, & Apriso.
- Experience with cost tracking.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Ability to multi-task in order to meet multiple project due dates.

Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
