Responsibilities
- Extracts financial data from various accounting and information systems.
- Compiles, consolidates, and analyzes financial data.
- Analyzes, tests, and verifies information for correctness and reasonableness.
- Responds to requests from management and other departments.
- Uses knowledge of the flow of information to troubleshoot problems.
- Participates in monthly accounting processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Explains how analysis was produced and/or reported.
- Updates financial reports/models for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.
- Serves as a member of divisional project teams to support client reporting needs, including client performance and compensation.
- Implements improvements to procedures, updates, and organizes documentation of reporting and planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
- Up to 2 years of experience, with a degree.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Preferred: Solid knowledge of accounting/financial areas, especially investments, insurance products, premiums.
- PREFERRED: Background with Clearwater and Oracle tools.
Working Conditions

Pay
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $53,000 - $65,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
