Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the financial management of multiple complex programs, including large, multi-year efforts with multiple contracts, task orders, or subprograms.

Develop, maintain, and analyze program budgets, forecasts, estimates at completion (EACs), and financial performance metrics.

Provide financial guidance during proposal development, contract awards, and program execution.

Partner with Project Managers to monitor cost, schedule, and funding.

Analyze budget estimates and financial proposals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and government regulations.

Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and executive-level presentations highlighting program performance and key risks.

Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions to improve program performance.

  • And any other duties or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles for Level III; 10+ years for Level IV progressively responsible financial analysis experience supporting complex programs.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance is strongly preferred. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance is Required.
  • Required Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning and analysis for large, multi-million-dollar programs. Experience supporting DoD, Aerospace, or Electronic Warfare (EW) programs. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and program performance measurement. Expertise in MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas). Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including financial software (CostPoint/DelTek, specifically). Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contracting principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and present financial information to senior leadership. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts. Experience mentoring junior financial analysts is preferred.

About the Role

SEACORP is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide strategic financial guidance in support of the Electronic Warfare Business Area. This role is responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis while delivering actionable insights that enable informed business decisions and successful program execution.
