What You Will Experience In This Role CAMP is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst III to join our finance team in its Merrimack, NH office. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making through advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, is proficient in leveraging financial systems and tools, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will directly engage and support Business Unit Management and Corporate Executive Management. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to forecast expense and cash flowCollaborate with business leaders to develop forecasts that achieve business targetsPerform variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and anomaliesPrepare KPI’s and corresponding analysis across the organization. Reporting Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for senior leadership and stakeholdersPerform analysis, reporting, and auditing for Sales, Operations, and Human Resources.Lead in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for Business UnitsEnsure alignment with organizational goals and track progressDrive efficiencies by evaluating and improving existing financial systems and workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and actionable recommendationsConduct ad hoc analysis to support business operations, as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field4+ years’ experience in a similar roleProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis skills requiredExcellent attention to detail and a focus on data quality and integrityExperience writing SQL queries is a plusExperience with Accounting systems is a plus (Oracle, Planful, Acumatica etc.)Strong work ethic and ability to travel as necessaryEffective as a team player and working autonomouslyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment and with minimal supervision Why Work at CAMP?
