Core Responsibilities
- Lead and support the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Analyze financial results and provide clear, actionable insights to leadership
- Possess strong experience with financial statement preparation and reporting
- Solid understanding of general ledger and month-end close processes
- Advanced Excel skills (you’re comfortable digging into data)
- Ability to translate data into clear, business-focused insights
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong experience with financial statement preparation and reporting
- Solid understanding of general ledger and month-end close processes
- Advanced Excel skills (you’re comfortable digging into data)
- Ability to translate data into clear, business-focused insights
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
