About the role
We are looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Corporate Controller and partnering closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, this role will support financial planning, forecasting, operational analysis, and business decision support across the organization.
This role will work cross-functionally with leaders throughout the business to analyze financial and operational performance, develop meaningful reporting and forecasting models, and provide recommendations that support growth, operational efficiency, and long-term planning.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, business-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and challenge the business with forward thinking approaches to accelerate growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase profitability including: ROI analysis, investment prioritization, scenario planning/modeling, operational analysis, developing and refining meaningful management reporting, preparing business recommendations based on financial analysis, assisting in development of regular financial forecasts that incorporate current business trends and strategies, driving continuous improvement in report and analysis automation, taking initiative and working independently to conduct special studies to analyze complex financial data, completing internal process review, documenting internal processes and providing recommendations for improved productivity and/or cost savings.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or financial analysis roles
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles. SaaS industry experience preferred.
- Must have a working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, working capital analysis
- Experience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and KPI reporting
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience improving reporting automation or finance processes
- Experience with financial planning or BI tools such as NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive Planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. MBA Preferred

- Competitive Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 based on experience and location.
