Financial Analyst, FP&A

About the Role

Little Caesars seeks a financial reporting and analysis professional who will support both internal business units and external customers. The role involves collecting, recording, and analyzing financial statements, conducting business performance analysis, and clearly presenting complex findings to non‑financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and prepare analytical reports on sales performance, profitability, return on investment, and other business and financial metrics.
• Develop planning and forecasting models covering sales and financial performance.
• Submit financial statements into standardized electronic reporting systems.
• Provide feedback on appropriate accounting standards and processes.
• Recommend actions to improve financial performance.
• Gather and analyze data from legal, operations, audit, and marketing functions and prepare formal presentations for senior leaders.
• Work cross‑functionally to provide financial advice and consulting to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Support management of a business unit or department with financial activities.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and communicate them clearly to management.
• Provide analytical and financial support during the budgeting process.
• Present at seminars and formal training classes on topics such as financial reporting systems, budgeting, cash‑flow planning, financing applications, and business planning.
• Assist and provide direction to less‑experienced staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or business (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an accounting or finance role that required creation of financial reporting and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in accessing data through typical ERP and data‑warehouse applications.
• Advanced Excel skills, including building spreadsheet models, interpreting large data sets, and applying statistical methods to summarize and analyze data.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting complex financial subjects to non‑financial audiences.
• Exceptional business and financial analysis abilities with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving capabilities.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience within quick‑service restaurant environments or retail systems.

Work Environment

The position is based in a normal office setting without physical discomfort from temperature, noise, dust, or similar factors.
