About the role

Illuminate USA is transforming solar panel manufacturing from our cutting-edge 1.1 million-square-foot facility in Pataskala, Central Ohio. As a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, we’ve grown to over 1,500 associates and are now fully operational. Responsibilities

  • Act as a key partner to business functions; use knowledge of finance and relationships with other areas to drive financial literacy throughout the company.
  • Develop and maintain financial models.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances.
  • Improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
  • Provide finance support to teams related to sales, production, demand planning, supply planning, HR, and other business functions.
  • Identify business drivers and recommend solutions to improve results.
  • Create management reports and associated commentary by working across functions and using multiple data sources.
  • Create financial/business scenarios to inform decision making.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on process improvement and other projects.
  • Complete other role-appropriate tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting within manufacturing or renewable energy companies (internships in related fields also apply).
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
  • Extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers.
  • Solid analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to work within a fast-paced, culturally diverse team.
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability.
