Financial Analyst, FP&A
Role Summary
We're building the next generation of digital infrastructure powering hyperscalers, AI innovation, and high-performance computing across North America. We're looking for a Financial Analyst to support core planning, modeling, and analysis as the team scales. This role owns month-end variance analysis and reforecasting on the opex and operating side of the business, working within financial models and templates provided by the Director of FP&A, with room to grow into broader FP&A ownership over time.

What You Will Do
- Own month-end variance analysis on the opex and operating side of the business, comparing actuals to plan and explaining key drivers.
- Support the development and maintenance of the company's operating budget and forecast.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analyses that give leadership clear visibility into financial performance.
- Gather business inputs from across the company to support planning and forecasting work.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting role.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, with comfort working within an established model structure.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience with FP&A or planning tools (e.g. Adaptive, Insights, Anaplan, Planful) is an asset.

SALARY RANGE
$74,000 – $89,000

This person will report to our Director, FP&A and will share our company values and play an important role in supporting our continued growth.
