Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting and metrics to support leadership decision-making.
• Partner with Commercial teams to monitor revenue, margin, sales productivity, and other key financial metrics; identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Develop accurate and efficient forecasting and analytical models to streamline report management and output.
• Track monthly commercial KPIs and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards, and ranking tools used to evaluate sales performance.
• Calculate, validate, and reconcile monthly and quarterly sales commissions, including compensation adjustments, discrepancy resolution, commission statement accuracy, and sales representative inquiries.
• Affiliate in designing and improving commission models based on sales performance and targets.
• Assist in building, modeling, and tracking of sales quotas.
• Conduct territory analysis to support the design of territory structures and recommend adjustments or optimizations based on business conditions, sales coverage needs, and strategic objectives.
• Partner with the Accounting team to manage month-end analyses, reconciliations and close entries as needed for financial close process.
• Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into clear tables, visuals, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop ad hoc reports and analyses to support commercial team decision-making.

Skills/Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft PowerBI experience strongly preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process documentation
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable managing priorities independently
• Must be able to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Experience with commercial compensation or sales commission calculations is a plus
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus (Dynamics 365)
