Financial Analyst- Department of Finance (Debt Management)
for each section heading. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation contact, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, legal, etc. Keep substantive info: mission of Finance Department, core divisions, partnership, budget, FTE, position duties list, qualifications, other qualifications, selection process maybe? The selection process includes evaluation, interviews, etc. Should we include? It's substantive. But we need to avoid filler like "You must answer all questions..." maybe keep but it's procedural. Might be considered boilerplate? It's part of selection process. Could include as a paragraph under a section "Selection Process". However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine selection process into a paragraph under "About the role" or "Position Duties"? Probably better to have a section "Selection Process". But we need to see if there is real specific content: yes, description of selection process. So include.
Also "Additional Information" about employment eligibility, visa, etc. That's boilerplate legal; remove. Also AI and hiring process: maybe keep? It's about process but could be considered boilerplate? It's specific to AI usage. Might be considered substantive? Probably remove as it's generic policy. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. AI and hiring process is not exactly legal but could be considered policy. Might be safe to remove.
Thus sections: About the Department (mission, divisions, partnership, budget, FTE). Position Duties (list of duties). Minimum Qualifications (education/experience, substitutions). Other Qualifications (competencies). Selection Process (evaluation, interviews, etc). Possibly also "Required Licensing" (driver's license) - that's a qualification; could include under Minimum Qualifications or separate. We'll include as part of Minimum Qualifications.
