Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Planning team within UPS’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) organization. This role drives strategic initiatives, delivers actionable insights, and streamlines business processes to more accurately forecast and report key metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, forecast, and analyze UPS’s consolidated balance sheet and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and evaluate working capital trends impacting cash flow performance.
- Upload, validate, and analyze financial data within OneStream (forecasting and planning software).
- Support long-range planning activities using advanced forecasting methodologies and statistical models.
- Create and audit financial reports that inform senior management decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related business discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Finance Knowledge: Demonstrates an understanding of basic financial terminology and concepts such as cash flows, operating profit/loss, and net income; conducts financial analyses.
- Experience working with and manipulating large sets of data.
- Experience with OneStream preferred but not required.
- Accounting experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- This job is a grade 20E.
- Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote).
- Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to self-relocate.
