Responsibilities
- Analyze financial information and support the execution of secured funding transactions across warehouse and securitization platforms.
- Evaluate financing structures, analyze market conditions, and support transaction execution.
- Support and help drive the execution of financing transactions.
- Develop and perform ad hoc financial analysis to support transaction structuring and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and contribute to company presentations and external-facing materials (e.g., lender / investor updates).
- Support coordination of financing transaction operational audits with internal teams and company lenders.
- Support day-to-day coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Aid in the implementation of regulatory reform initiatives.
- Build, maintain, and enhance cash flow models.
- Support Corporate Finance data integrity and management.
- Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis for management.
- Assist with special projects, including trend analysis and research.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of capital markets and/or structured finance concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel including advanced modeling; familiarity with SQL or database tools is a plus.
- Experience modeling financial information, including forecasting.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Power BI (PBI) or other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- High level of attention to detail and strong sense of ownership over work product.
Additional Knowledge And Skills
- Working effectively within an AI enabled environment.
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights.
- Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection.
Work Experience & Education
- 0-2 years advanced knowledge and ability in performing financial analysis functions preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking; capital markets experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree Finance or Business related degree preferred.
