Financial Analyst - Corporate Finance

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial information and support the execution of secured funding transactions across warehouse and securitization platforms.
• Evaluate financing structures, analyze market conditions, and support transaction execution.
• Support and help drive the execution of financing transactions.
• Develop and perform ad hoc financial analysis to support transaction structuring and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and contribute to company presentations and external-facing materials (e.g., lender / investor updates).
• Support coordination of financing transaction operational audits with internal teams and company lenders.
• Support day-to-day coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Aid in the implementation of regulatory reform initiatives.
• Build, maintain, and enhance cash flow models.
• Support Corporate Finance data integrity and management.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis for management.
• Assist with special projects, including trend analysis and research.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of capital markets and/or structured finance concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel including advanced modeling; familiarity with SQL or database tools is a plus.
• Experience modeling financial information, including forecasting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Power BI (PBI) or other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• High level of attention to detail and strong sense of ownership over work product.

Additional Knowledge And Skills

• Working effectively within an AI enabled environment.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights.
• Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection.

Work Experience & Education

• 0-2 years advanced knowledge and ability in performing financial analysis functions preferred.
• Prior experience in corporate finance, treasury, or banking; capital markets experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree Finance or Business related degree preferred.
