Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst position in Weatherford, TX. This role offers a competitive salary range of $1982.40 to $2214.80 weekly for an 8-week assignment. The shift is 5 days a week, 8 hours per day from 08:00 to 17:00.
About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes. You will also support management in decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Prepare and present financial presentations to stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
