Essential Duties
- Promotes and demonstrates Wurtec’s core values (dedicated, hardworking, ambitious, willing to accept responsibility, and integrity).
- Participate in the development of annual and strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Execute data and compliance requirements for banks, 401k, and annual insurance plan needs.
- Aid in the preparation and reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare insightful financial analysis and models for research & development, growth, and ad hoc projects to assist in timely business decisions.
- Help facilitate improved data integrity to provide for improved reporting and analysis.
- Support various lines of business with functional reporting and analysis needs, which may include the creation of dashboards & reports to track company performance & progress.
- Lead process improvement projects and initiatives to create standardized processes, templates, and tools to simplify and support corporate consolidation and reporting workflows.
- Share analysis findings with leadership through formal presentations, written insights, and verbal interactions.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze, sort and accurately report large volumes of data in a timely manner with concise and organized results and thoughts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- 2 plus years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience required.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
