Financial Analyst
About the Role
The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial and operational insights that support strategic business decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role analyzes financial performance, develops reports and dashboards, supports budgeting and forecasting, and identifies opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. The position plays a vital role in delivering accurate, data-driven recommendations that help drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis is preferred.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting is preferred.
- Experience using Power BI or DAX is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements
- Develop and maintain financial and operational reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Create visual dashboards to communicate business performance and financial insights.
- Perform monthly variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify operational improvements.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management and business teams.
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist with audit reporting and financial documentation.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Translate complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to improve reporting processes and data governance.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
