Responsibilities
- Maintain workforce-related data, reporting tools, and system processes.
- Ensure data accuracy through audits, validation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics for leadership.
- Analyze workforce and operational trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Support system administration, user support, and process improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and data workflows.
- Manage projects and reporting initiatives while ensuring timely deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI and reporting tools preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
