About the role
The Financial Analyst supports the Urology (UR), Maternal & Child Health (MCH), and Gastroenterology (GI) Global Business Units by providing financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and decision support. They partner closely with Commercial Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver actionable insights and support informed business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support the Global Business Units by providing financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and decision support.
- Partner with commercial and functional leaders to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare monthly business reviews and analyze actual results against forecast, budget, and prior-year performance.
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics, identifying risks and opportunities and providing insights.
- Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that help identify risks and opportunities, improve business performance, and support strategic and operational decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 3+ years of finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or analytical experience.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
- Experience with ERP and financial planning systems.
- Ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools.
- Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
