We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Accounting team - someone who's sharp with numbers, curious about the story behind them, and ready to grow their finance career with a company that genuinely invests in its people. In this role, you'll work closely with our Corporate Controller on everything from monthly close and general accounting activities to the financial models that shape real business decisions.

What You'll Do
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting, and play a key role in the month-end close process.
- Prepare and post journal entries, and review and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts each month.
- Prepare intercompany eliminations and consolidated financial reports across our operating companies.
- Perform variance analysis, comparing current results to budget and prior year to help tell the financial story.
- Build and maintain reports for internal stakeholders - P&L reporting, balance sheets, KPIs, cost center summaries, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Build financial models that inform real business decisions.
- Support audits, reviews, tax preparation, and other compliance requests with organized, accurate documentation.
- Perform daily transactions like accounts payable and payroll processing, and provide backup support across the accounting department.
- Take on special projects and other duties as opportunities arise.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance; experience with financial modeling and statistical analysis is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; ERP/business systems experience is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
