Financial Analyst

Essential Functions

• Works with department leadership to plan, execute, and analyze the global forecasting process for International Distributors, including long-range plan, budget, forecasts, guidance, and monthly reporting.
• Produces monthly management reporting packages, dashboards and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Researches and answers questions and recommends solutions to problems.
• Conducts detailed analysis of financial statements, historical data, and market trends.
• Presents financial impacts to partners and informs decision-making.
• Builds and maintains financial models, analyses, and dashboards to support strategic initiatives and assessments.
• Maintains the Adaptive Planning system, ensuring data accuracy, supporting reporting needs, and assisting users with system functionality and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• MBA Certification preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in corporate finance, or related roles, preferably within multinational companies in the footwear, apparel or outdoor/equipment industries.
