Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support strategic initiatives, business operations, and investment decisions.
• Utilize Workday Adaptive to prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including setting timelines, developing guidelines, coordinating with various departments, and preparing budget presentations.
• Provide accurate forecasting of revenues and expenses to inform business leaders and support strategic planning.
• Track and analyze operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Present complex financial information and concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• A Master's degree or professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive or similar financial planning software.
• A strong understanding of operational cost management.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per year.
