ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Aid in budget development and financial planning processes.
- Perform pro forma analysis for new or discontinued facilities.
- Conduct and model moderately complex financial actions and prepare strategic recommendations.
- Cook with management across divisions to gather and analyze financial data.
- Provide consultative services to managers on financial results and reporting tools.
- Develop and maintain profitability measures for portfolios and business lines.
- Review and analyze branch profitability models and management review packages.
- Lead division initiatives related to budgeting and capital project tracking.
- Maintain and support incentive plans, determine payments, and provide analysis to compensation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local banking and industry regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, a comparable combination of education and experience considered.
- Previous related experience within a financial institution highly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of financial statements, financial analysis and business strategies.
- Applicable working knowledge of the banking industry.
