Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and business performance metrics
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain financial records and reporting documentation
- Reconcile financial data and investigate discrepancies
- Collaborate with accounting and business teams
- Prepare dashboards and management reports
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Aid in financial planning projects
- Perform additional finance and analytical tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, administration, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
